About six months ago I had created my very own “Adam Beilke” logo. It was something I had created within less than half an hour in order to use in a portfolio website sample. I used Adobe Illustrator to create this geometric idea that seemed to work at the time. The end result turned out to be a narrow hexagon with my initials inside. Looking back on it now, I’m pleased to see that it still holds up.
Logos are always a questionable project to try and assemble, especially if you’re building one for yourself. Things like “how does this reflect a graphic designer?” or “what colors or shapes should be included?” always tie my brain to endless possibilities. In the end, I wanted something that would look clean, polished, and would stand out compared to a company logo. With that being said, I think that I will keep this one around for a while unless I can come up with something even better.
